Messok, November 10, 2026 – The Dadé Kaolé Association organized an important training session at its premises in Messok for 7 community leaders of indigenous peoples. This training aimed to raise awareness and train them in filling out birth certificate declarations, an essential step to ensure the identity and civil rights of the members of their communities.

The training, which follows the ongoing efforts of the Association for the registration of births in the camps of indigenous peoples, has enabled participants to acquire the necessary skills to correctly fill out birth certificate forms. These community leaders will now have the opportunity to carry out these administrative procedures in their respective villages, thereby contributing to the improvement of access to rights for often marginalized populations.

Since the launch of its activities in 2022, the Dadé Kaolé Association has facilitated the establishment of over 80 birth certificates for members of indigenous communities. These legal documents, essential for access to education, health, and social services, represent an important step towards the recognition and integration of indigenous peoples into the country's administrative systems.

The training session was followed by the distribution of essential materials for identification and birth registration. The Association provided community leaders with the necessary tools to ensure the smooth execution of these processes in the camps. This equipment will allow for better management of registrations and will facilitate the work of community leaders, who will play a key role in this process.

Thanks to this initiative, the Dadé Kaolé Association continues its commitment to the empowerment of indigenous peoples by providing them with the means to access basic services and defend their rights. These actions also complement other development programs established to improve the living conditions of communities.

The Dadé Kaolé Association remains committed to continuing its efforts to ensure that every citizen, whether indigenous or not, can exercise their civil rights and benefit from state services.
