On the occasion of the celebration of International Women's Rights Day, from March 8 to 9, 2026, the Dadé Kaolé Association organized an activity to support the economic empowerment of Baka women in the village of Djangue, located in the Commune of Messok..

This initiative, carried out in collaboration with the Baka Association (ASBAK), has provided concrete support to local agriculture through the distribution of agricultural seeds intended for the women of the village..

During this meeting, Mr. Iveric Nkopani, Coordinator of the Dadé Kaolé Association, discussed with the participants the benefits of creating community fields. He particularly emphasized the role of collective agriculture as a lever for financial autonomy, solidarity among women, and food security for families..

SFollowing this awareness campaign, the trained women decided to immediately put into practice the knowledge they had acquired by creating an experimental community field. This field will serve as a model for learning and agricultural production, allowing the women to gradually improve their incomes and living conditions.

This activity is fully aligned with the missions of the Dadé Kaolé Association, which works for the empowerment of Baka women and girls, the promotion of local initiatives, and the strengthening of the capacities of indigenous communities.

Through this type of action, the association continues to promote inclusive and sustainable development, based on the active participation of local communities.
